    <abstract language="eng">&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;Kinetic phenomena in the vicinity of electronic topological transition predicted by Lifshitz have been widely studied both theoretically and experimentally. Using one electron Green&amp;#39;s function in the framework of temperature diagrammatic technique developed by Ya. M. Blantr &lt;em&gt;et. al.&lt;/em&gt; Nuovo Cimento vol. 12, 1900 (1990), we have studied the relaxation time for EET transition. Our result shows that there is an influence of magnetic field of EET relaxation time &lt;img src="file:///D:/atif/Drive%20E%20data/desktop%20data/Business/journal/JUSPS%20A&amp;amp;B/JUSPS/21(2)/AbstrOE2.JPG" style="height:13px; width:39px" /&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
