<p style="text-align: justify;">Some zero valent organo palladium complexes and its oxidative addition products with 2- mercapto -3- phenyl quianazole-4-one (QPMTH) have been synthesized and characterized by various physico-chemical methods such as micro analytical, condcutance measurment, magnetic measurement, uv &amp; visible and infrared spectrophotometric studies. The oxidation state of palladium metal after coordination is confirmed by iodometric titrations. The coordination of ligand to palladium metal is assigned through sulphur.</p>
