Blockchain enables non trusting users in a distributed peer to peer network to agree to a single set of record without the need of a trusted middleman. Data stored in a blockchain is an immutable history of authentic records and is easily verifiable. This paper reviews the fundamentals of blockchain technology.<br /> Foreign employment remains highly sought after option for Nepalese workers. However, they have been facing frauds related to contract substitution, misrepresentation of terms and conditions and overcharging of fees leaving them vulnerable to exploitation. This paper reviews foreign employment procedure in Nepal and problems faced by Nepalese migrant workers.
