The thermal instability of an infinitely homogeneous, Self gravitating, rotating gaseous plasma has been investigated here in the presence of the effects of Generalised ohm's law and viscosity. The dispersion relation has been obtained for parallel propagation and numerical calculation has been performed to obtain the dependence of the growth rate on the various physical effects. It is found that, in the case of parallel by a transverse magnetic field and axis of rotation is taken along the direction of magnetic field, the growth of instability is independent of the magnetic field.
