Abstract:

 A modified MOSFET based circuit of 'Complementary-Symmetry Class-B Push-Pull Amplifier' is proposed. The proposed amplifier circuit produces improved power amplification efficiency (PAE) to 65.2% and reduced harmonic distortion to 1.10%. Variation of maximum voltage gain as a function of biasing resistances is also observed.
